Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create a pipeline of prospects by establishing and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers
  • Research, source, make initial contact (email, cold calling, telephone prospecting), and meet potential clients at their locations to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs
  • Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts
  • Develop and maintain Sales Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
  • Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted vertical
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and the Business Development team to generate new leads
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Manage all activities through the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), ensuring consistency and accuracy
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years outside sales experience, selling services preferably in technology-based industry and / or a business management services industry

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide Yardi client support and technical issue resolutions via the client’s preferred source of communication/electronic medium
  • Develop and delivery training as related to specific Yardi application and business process including preparation of materials, agenda, exercises and test data required
  • Develop written business functional specifications for Yardi custom reports, custom applications, changes to security and changes to application functionality
  • Conduct Yardi training and meetings via conference calls, screen sharing (like GoToMeeting), video conferencing and/or Skype
  • Properly document client requests and resolutions in a tracking system or client-project status report
  • Traffic, prioritize and route client requests to other internal and external resources

  • Determine the method used to increase each tenant’s base or minimum rent.
  • Determine each tenant’s pro rata share of each charge.
  • Calculate and bill tenants for special charges, such as over standard utility usage.
  • If required, prepare and send billings to all the tenants.
  • Calculate rent increases.
  • Calculate operating expense charges base on a gross of office building expenses.

  • Informs management as to any discrepancies or any other problem areas that may exist that arise from the audit
