Assistant Manager – Lease Admin

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:

  • Capable to manage multiple Projects and clients
  • To deliver the Projects per Client’s scope and within the specified deadline
  • Resource management and work allocation across the projects
  • To use available Quality Control tools and measures to ensure that abstracts delivered are of good quality
  • To prepare the scope document for the projects
  • To monitor the Process and Workflow
  • To conduct regular meeting with the team members for any process compliance.
  • To ensure that Team is adhering the Processes, and to provide suggestion / feedback / comments regarding overall Process Improvements
  • To review and monitor the KPI / KRA of the team members
  • To train and mentor Team members (whenever required).
  • To communicate well with Seniors and Company Management.
  • Should be available all times for any communication.
  • Be regular and punctual to office
  • To adhere the Company Policies.
  • Be dedicated and committed to work. Be sincere and honest.
  • To communicate and handle Client calls.
