Rohan Bulchandani

Founder

Rohan works closely with customers and team members alike. With an overarching focus on innovation, Rohan also guides Strategy and Operations. He is passionate about real estate, technology and education – and is a frequent speaker at such events.

Rohan is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, holds a Bachelor’s degree in ‘Economics’ from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in ‘Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment’ from the University of Cambridge.

Kaushlesh Chandel

Associate Vice President, Technology & Innovation

Kaushlesh spearheads innovation and research. Working at Retransform since 2004, he has architected several customers’ digital transformation journeys involving Commercial Real Estate Analytics, Salesforce, Data warehouse, Machine learning, AI, and migration to the cloud.

With his detailed understanding of the Real Estate industry processes, data, reporting, and analytics, he understands and executes client requirements through constant innovation.

Punit Chovatia

REGIONAL HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, INDIA

Punit has a 20-year career in Business Development, Sales and Marketing and Key Account Management in Technology, Telecom and Media.

As Business Head he has successfully assisted clients in analyzing the requirements in terms of existing cost and technology to provide customized services.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is certified by the American Council on Education in Computer Science. He enjoys music and travelling.

Maria Coelho

GROUP HEAD, CULTURE, ACADEMICS, RESEARCH, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Maria has over 22 years of international and Indian real estate exposure. She has done her Bachelors in Humanities, a PGDP in Advertising & PR, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and Certified in Marketing of Retail and Office properties from IREM, enabling her to focus on academics and develop organisational talent.

As the Cultural Ambassador, she ensures that a culture of care for clients and employees is strongly nurtured.

Princy Joseph

GROUP HEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Princy leads the finance and accounts team and sets up various processes and checks to enable and measure the organisational performance.

She is a Graduate in Mathematics with additional qualifications of CFA(ICFAI) and also holds a Post Graduate Management Diploma in Finance.

Bob Marsh

Director UK/Europe

Bob has an extensive background in real estate and FM industries. He specializes in business development for start-ups as well as restructuring businesses through project management, strategic planning and aligning business objectives through investment, portfolio and asset management.

His experience is unparalleled, having worked for many years in the Far East, the US and across Europe which enables him to add significant value to any project which crosses international boundaries. He is qualified as a Prince2 Project Manager at both the foundation and practitioner level. When Bob is not tackling the real estate world, he enjoys scuba diving, managing his rugby club and classic motorcycles.

Sairaj Navalkar

GENERAL MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

A PhD at 34, Sairaj Navalkar heads the Human Resources and Administration department for the Annet Group. With more than 15 Years of HR Operational & Management Experience, Sairaj brings his expertise to our global teams providing us with a robust and dedicated support team to enable productivity in our projects.

Sairaj is an avid sports fan who enjoys various physical pursuits and firmly stand by the motto “There is no excellence without labour”.

Ashish Pathak

VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES

Ashish joined us at our inception in 1998 and has worked through the ranks, gaining knowledge and expertise every step of the way. His approach is very “hands on” and he plays an integral role in technology and development projects at Retransform.

He proficiently merges his experience with a Bachelors in Economics and Commerce, to successfully support projects for our global customers. Ashish is quick to share his expertise with our teams and focuses on providing quality services.

He loves sports, specifically Football, Hockey and Cricket and is known to be quite a dancer.

Lynn Peters

VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Lynn leads the Global Operations from the Dallas office. She is highly experienced in the commercial real estate industry, asset and property management, leasing, real estate project development/re-development and detailed financial analysis. Lynn specialises in anticipating business requirements for our clients as well as managing projects to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.

Lynn holds the CPM© designation and is a member of IREM and ICSC. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University. She enjoys reading, traveling and music.

PV Ranjit

VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGY

Ranjit is one of our earliest employees and has been instrumental in building our brand and reputation with our clients and stakeholders. It would be accurate to say that Ranjit has been the torch bearer of our mission statement, “to always exceed the explicit and implicit expectations of our clients”.

He has helped to ingrain these values in all our employees over the years. Aside from coordinating resources, ensuring cross-training and managing customer projects, Ranjit enjoys reading and cricket.

Bhavin Shah

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, NORTH AMERICA, ASIA PACIFIC

Bhavin is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and also holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and International Business . He has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, USA and India.

With his extensive experience in providing Real Estate Technology and Business Process outsourcing services, Bhavin leads the exploration into new markets globally. He excels in working with both Public and Private Real Estate owners/operators, assisting with technology application development and integration.

Pinkesh Shroff

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST

With a 20-year experience of serving customers worldwide, Pinkesh spearheads diverse departments as a Regional head, Sales head, Pre-sales professional, Developer, and more for our Europe and Middle East regions.

He is an expert in technology solutions and highly experienced in assisting clients in optimizing costs and increasing the bottom line. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is also a member of the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers (MECSC).

Pinkesh is proficient in strategizing and executing winning solutions for clients successfully.

Vijay Solanki

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGY

Vijay is a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and is with us since 2000. His firm focus on quality has helped gain several happy and loyal customers. He pioneered the Quality Management Systems that are in place today and built the infrastructure for the Quality Management Department.

Vijay continually strives to improve the organization’s performance and is noted for his contribution to our consecutive ISO 9001:2015 TUV Certifications. On a personal note, Vijay enjoys reading, meditation, traveling and light music.
