• Install and configure software, hardware and networks

• Responsible for Monitoring of backup jobs and Ensure adherence to retention policies.

• Responsible for configuration & scheduling Backups of OS, databases and applications

• Firewall management and troubleshooting skill

• Excellent troubleshooting skills on ubuntu

• Cloud infra management skills (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Webserver configuration and management – IIS, Apache

• Antivirus server management

• Hands-on on Active Directory

• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

• Deal with systems queries and process requests in relation to problem solving, systems configuration and technical faults.

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization

• Work closely with team members for time allocation and prioritisation

• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes

• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

• Experience in cloud infra management (AWS, Azure GCP)

• Understanding of ISMS ( ISO27001) and QMS process that all applied to IT support department.

• Experience in managing team of minimum 10 team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.

• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
